Bartlomiej Jan Skorupa

Bartlomiej holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois and has 7 years working experience in management and IT consulting, having worked for both Accenture and Slalom Consulting. Working in various industries, Bartlomiej held numerous management positions in 10+ Fortune 500 companies implementing efficient business practices in the USA and Europe. Bartlomiej also has 5 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector in the USA, Europe, Africa, and Asia, from front line jobs to systematic development work.

Kyle Maclaren Miller

Kyle holds a BA in Finance and Media Studies from Claremont McKenna College and has over 8 years of work experience in the nonprofit sector. Before founding GO, Kyle served as Development Director for URCSF (now our project partner in Uganda), and as a Research Assistant for an international coral reef degradation study in Madagascar. Kyle currently serves as President of the Morning Glory Foundation, where he oversees all international grantmaking efforts, and as Product Marketing Manager for Atlassian, where he designs creative software campaigns.

Jennifer O'Connor

Jenny graduated summa cum laude from The University of North Carolina in 2004 and worked for Teach for America (TFA) in the Bay Area, devoting herself to helping at risk youth by implementing outreach and after-school programs. Afterwards, Jenny worked as Director of Investor Relations for Seasons Capital, a San Francisco based financial firm, gaining invaluable knowledge of working with high-end investors Jenny has also held the position of Director of Major Gifts at Amazon Watch, giving her the experience of financing and operating large scale nonprofit organizations.

Margaret Lucas

Margaret holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University and has over 4 years of experience in nonprofit marketing and grassroots organizations. She has had immense success implementing social media-based campaigns that inspired sustainable behavior change for ISIS Inc, Blue Shield Foundation of California, San Francisco AIDS Foundation, and the American Cancer Society. Additionally, Margaret developed strategic partnerships with private corporations, Silicon Valley tech and national media outlets to increase the impact of nonprofit outreach and services available to under served communities.

Kirstie Ruby

Kirstie graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 2009 with a degree in Legal Studies/Politics, and a passion for making a difference throughout the world. Kirstie joined GO in 2011 as an intern, working to help further the development agenda of the organization.
